PROJECT BRIEF
PROJECT BRIEF
Designed visually engaging posters, graphics, and promotional materials to support institutional events, programs, and campus-wide initiatives. Developed PowerPoint presentations and visual aids for use in academic and administrative settings, including meetings, conferences, and lectures. Created digital content for social media platforms such as banners, profile images, and event poststo effectively communicate updates, promote campus activities, and enhance the institution’s online presence.

30 +
Instagram Posts Designed
I completed 30+ high-impact projects under tight deadlines, creating visual content that promoted Microsoft tools and digital resources across NYIT. I designed social media posts, PowerPoint decks, and instructional graphics that simplified complex tools for students and faculty. Despite fast turnarounds, I maintained strong brand consistency and delivered engaging, informative designs that enhanced NYIT’s digital communication.

Facebook Banners
NYIT School of Architecture & Design
I focused on elevating the school’s social media presence through cohesive branding and visually distinct assets. Key contributions included:
-
Cover Photo & Banner Design:
Created multiple iterations of Facebook banners that reflected the spirit of architecture and design. Clean lines, 3D forms, modular structures, and bold typography. These headers helped build a unified digital identity for the department.
-
Department-Specific Customization:
Tailored assets for different architecture tracks (e.g., SoAD ARCH, SoAD B.ARCH, SoAD INTERIOR DESIGN) to ensure personalized branding while retaining an institutional look and feel.
Infographics & Information Design
-
As a designer, I specialize in turning complex information into engaging visual stories. At NYIT, I created infographics and instructional visuals covering topics like Microsoft 365 tools, Canvas tutorials, Outlook productivity, and digital safety. Each piece was crafted to be not only visually appealing but also easy to understand ensuring accessibility for a diverse campus audience.
-
In addition to institutional work, I also developed data-driven infographics on pressing social issues such as gender preference in India, using research, illustration, and layout design to raise awareness and educate viewers. These projects reflect my ability to balance form and function, blending clarity, design systems, and storytelling to deliver impactful communication.

WHY?
This project was born from my curiosity about how typography alone can communicate emotion, rhythm, and structure. I wanted to step away from traditional design briefs and instead challenge myself to explore the visual power of letterforms. By transforming alphabets into standalone compositions, I explored the intersection of design, abstraction, and pattern-making treating type as art.
IMPACT
The project helped me deepen my appreciation for the subtleties within typefaces - balance, contrast, repetition, and form. It showed that even without words, letters can become expressive design elements. This series not only sharpened my typographic skills but also reinforced the idea that creative limitation using just letters which can unlock unique visual possibilities.
